The staff here are knowledgeable and helpful. We were looking at entry doors and storm doors and an associate named Ed was wonderful. He informed us on manufacturing process and material differences between different doors. He knew details and made recommendations. Ed is a great!

Came in looking for a new washer, and Brandon Weed came up and asked if we needed help. He was friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. We found just the right washer and Brandon helped us with checking out, delivery and was great to work with.

I purchased a large Kobalt tool chest in white for my kitchen. Ricardo and Jennifer loaded this tool chest into my little Buick hatchback with only inches to spare. They did a great job. I found the drawer inserts at Target.

I am writing to share the incredible experience my family and I had at the Lowe’s in Oshkosh, thanks to an employee named RC. The moment we walked into the department, RC noticed us and immediately came over to ask if we needed any assistance.What made this experience truly stand out was RC's willingness to go above and beyond. We were looking for two completely different products. Instead of just pointing us in a general direction or telling us an aisle number—which is what we unfortunately experience at most other stores—RC listened to what we needed and walked us directly to both items.Finding employees who are this proactive, polite, and genuinely helpful is rare these days. RC completely changed the trajectory of our shopping trip and saved us a ton of time. Lowe's management at the Oshkosh store should be incredibly proud to have RC on the team. We will definitely be returning to this location for our future home improvement needs!

This review is specifically about Lowe's Installation Support, not my local store. I've rarely experienced customer service this disappointing, particularly at the management level. The front-line representatives I spoke with were courteous, patient, and genuinely tried to help, but they were limited in what they were authorized to do. My experience changed when I was transferred to a manager named Ray, who declined to provide his last name. He began the conversation by asking why I had rejected the initial offer of a $100 Lowe's gift card. After I explained my concerns and the resolution I believed was appropriate, his response was, "Well, I don't think that's going to happen." After reviewing my case, he returned with what he said was their "best offer" of $115. I explained that this was not acceptable and requested a refund of the full installation charge of $229, especially considering I had spent nearly $900 on the overall purchase. Ray stated that wasn't possible, so I asked to speak with someone above him. His response was simply, "Well, I'm a manager." When I requested his supervisor's or the regional manager's contact information, he refused to provide a name, phone num
